It was a gorgeous day with not a cloud in the sky and I had the honor of capturing the beautiful wedding of Brittany and Nate. I had so much fun being a part of their big day and getting to know the bride, groom and their families. I am honored once again to be the person chosen for such a special event. Brittany and Nate I wish you the very best!!

Mandi and I have been friends for a long time, I just love her!! I was so glad to go to Virginia for her wedding! It was so much fun! If you could have seen the ridiculous set up I used for this top image you would think I was crazy. But when traveling, you have got to do what you have got to do! I have a lot more photos, mainly of their engagements here in Amarillo, but I am so behind on my blogging, I wanted to get them started! Mandi, you were so beautiful on your wedding day and I am so happy I got to share this special day with you and Matt. I love you!!
I was so happy to have the honor of photographing Hannah and Skyler's big day! It was such a beautiful wedding at First Presbyterian. Hannah and Skyler were so much fun to work with because they are such a fun couple and also wanted to do some fun ideas for some of their portraits. I wish them the very best on their life together!!
I am so excited to be getting these photos up today. I just spent the last 4 days in Fort Walton Beach for my beautiful cousin's destination wedding. I was honored to be a bridesmaid, but before hand I did take some bridal photos of her in Dallas. She is beautiful inside and out and met a really wonderful guy, Robert. I am so happy for their futures together and was excited to get to take these photos as well as participate in the wedding. Congratulations Kelly and Robert!!!
I did my photo thesis in school of tintypes of African people and animals you can see some samples here (at the bottom of the page): http://katypair.com/book-project-2/ I have a passion to do alternative processes and have been working on doing portraits in them! I have attached a couple I have been playing with below. Part of the beauty of these prints is how they are all one of a kind

Lily and Dustin are such a great couple and we had so much fun on this adventurous shoot in Palo Duro Canyon! We hiked to the lighthouse - dress/suit and all. It was pretty hot and we got a lot of exercise and strange looks, but it was worth the work for these pictures! Thanks for visiting my blog today!
